Hardware Used:

• IMB compatible Computer with a Pentium Processor and 64 Mb of RAM
• HP ScanJet 4c Scanner

Software Used:

• HP's DeskScan was used on the ScanJet 4c Scanner
• Adobe PhotoShop was used to edit the images. PhotoShop's scripting feature was used to speed up the editing process
• The HVS Compression plug-in for PhotoShop was used to reduce the byte size of the images
• FileMaker Pro was used to inventory the collection, and scripting functions generated the thumbnail and larger views of each image
• Dreamweaver was used to create the web pages
• CDs were created for archiving purposes and for preserving the images for future use
